Let's Talk About Holding it Down

  Hi, My name is Jake Sheldon and I am the creator of Stormsafe RV Anchor System.  For the past 21 years I have been working in the steel trade as a successful fabricator.  Over the years, I've worked in different steel/Fabs shops. I've worked with everything from stainless steel to heavy-duty structural steel.   

   It is this knowledge that I have called upon in designing and creating the anchor tie-down system. As an avid RV lover and now full-time Rver I know the concerns we all have when it comes to our investment, for some of us, our home. 

  In August 2020, my wife and I moved to Southern Alabama from Michigan. We bought a 37 foot camping trailer and had it parked in a family members backyard, with no worries. Then along came Sally....WOW, that was an eye opener and our first expereince with what Mother Nature can do in the blink of an eye. Luckily, our trailer survived. Some of our fellow Rvers were not so fortunate (see our photo gallery for pictures). 

 Soon after Sally we started searching for RV parks with concrete slabs and some kind of tie down for our trailer. We were quite surprised to find that tie downs were not available, or offered, as a type of protection.

After our windy experience, Stormsafe RV Anchor Systems LLC was shortly created, with the concern for safety and protection, for those who are interested in protecting their investments during high wind situations.

 After much research, for the proper anchors to be used for different weights and various types of hook ups for RVs, Fifth Wheels, and trailers, the thickness of the concrete also goes into account for this product.
